Private Obedience This program is designed for people who cannot regularly attend group obedience classes or who have a dog with behavior problems which prevent the dog from attending obedience classes. If you can't control your dog around other dogs or people, an obedience class won't be much help, but there is a solution. The advantage of private dog obedience lessons is that the entire session each week is tailored to meet your needs and address the particular problems areas for your dog. This is a great solution for those that need individually focused obedience lessons and plenty of time for specific questions and dog behavior problem solving. Through the course of your private obedience lessons, you will learn to teach your dog basic obedience commands – sit, down, stand, stay, walk on a loose lead, and come when called. You will also learn how to teach your dog(s) good manners such as not jumping on people, not rushing past people through open doors, and more! We can meet weekly or every other week by appointment to fit your schedule. To reach maximum results we suggest that you take three to four private lessons. If you'd like to be able to take your dog out in public or to have friends over without them being overwhelmed by your dog, then some private obedience lessons may be the solution you are seeking. Call now to schedule your own private dog obedience lesson! Board & Train Obedience This program is for owners whose busy schedules do not permit them to be actively involved in their dogs training. It is also helpful for older dogs that may have developed behavior problems which the owner is having difficulty correcting. Dogs will be taught the following basic obedience commands: sit, down, stay, walk on a loose lead, and come when called. They will also learn good manners such as not jumping on people, not rushing past people through open doors, etc. A FREE evaluation must be conducted by our trainer prior to enrolling in this program.

Sport/Protection Working Dog Training Have you ever been interested in working with your dog in a sport that involves protection style bite work, such as, Schutzhund, PSA, KNPV, Mondio Ring, etc.? I work with any breed that has the traits, genetics, and working ability to handle this type of training. Because some dogs do not carry the proper traits to handle this stressful type of work, a FREE evaluation would be conducted. I can train any age dog that has the correct temperament for obedience, bite work, obstacles, and working through the stress involved in this type of activity (starting as early as 2 months old). NOTE: I DO NOT TRAIN IRRESPONSIBLE OWNERS THAT WANT THEIR DOGS TO ATTACK PEOPLE OR DOGS WITH FEAR BASED AGGRESSION!

Jerry Inloes joined Animal House, LLC in 2007. Prior to joining our team, Jerry had been involved in training military police k-9, civilian police k-9 and pets for over 10 years.
Jerry’s final duty station in the U.S. Air Force was at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, where he was head trainer for the base k-9 program for 3 years. After 8 years of duty, he was honorably discharged and continued training for civilian companies and competed with working dog protection and obedience sports such as Protection Sport Association (PSA), Schutzhund, and European ring sport. He worked for “Sit Means Sit” and Sin City K-9”, both in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a member of the Sunrise Valley Schutzhund Club of Las Vegas. Jerry has trained thousands of dogs with varied personalities. His experience with different disciplines has taught him that there are many ways to approach any training issue…….that each dog is unique and requires a one-on-one evaluation. His experience has given him the ability to work with any breed, age or problem. He helps the owner understand the dog’s point of view and how to get better results that are long-lasting. His extensive training and experience make him far more qualified to train your pet than any of the ‘classes’ held at the local pet stores. He prefers NOT of hold ‘classes’, but to gear his training towards making sure your dog listens to you anywhere, anytime, with any distraction. Jerry’s evaluations are always free. Sam Eng Hi Jerry, As I told you over the phone last week, I am very pleased with the 1 hour training Sam received from you. In just that 1 hour of training, Sam’s behavior has changed and he no longer jumps on people, which was the primary goal of the training. He also walks beside me nicely when we go for his daily walks. Other people have also commented on his changed behavior. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who wants to train their pet. Thank you very much. Pearl Eng |

Ginger Sewell We adopted Ginger from the Humane Society in Nov. 2007. She was one year old and had been a stray. She had been adopted by a man and returned. My husband thought she was so cute that he chose her, and she liked him until we got her home. If I left the house she would hide, and if he found her she would growl and show her teeth. We made it through the holidays and I just felt like we had to do something to help her. She wouldn’t let people get close to her and children were really a problem. I found Animal House, LLC in the Yellow Pages and called. I spoke to Jerry and he asked us to bring her in to see what he might do to help us. Within 15 minutes he taught us how to train her in a few of the really problem areas. We could see such a change in her that we took her in for three sessions. We were given instructions on how to train her. She has become a happy, well balanced dog. We take her on trips and she loves being around people now. I still watch her when our 2 year old great-grandson is around because he is rough with her. We didn’t want to return her, but if Jerry hadn’t helped us with her we would have missed the enjoyment that we have with her. Mrs. Sewell |

Bowford, Dixie, & Mikey Shed My dogs were perfect, just like everyone else’s. Or so I thought. But it dawned on me when I introduced a new rescue to them, they were far from it. Play time turned into aggressive fighting, eating turned into an act of ‘who can stay the furthest away from who’, and I couldn’t take anyone outside for fear of them chasing my horse or a stray cat. I was at a dead end, and very reluctant to admit I needed help. Sure, my dogs all knew, sit, but no oe listened to me once they were outside their pen. I found Jerry’s ad and thought, “Hey, maybe he’ll work”, as I had looked as PetsMart, and other types of training places already and didn’t like the research I had done. I talked to Jerry for about 45 minutes the first time I called him. We had a lot of the same ideas, everything he said pretty much made sense as far as ‘what I needed’ to help ‘cure’ my dog of being pains. He came out to my house to see the dogs in action and, of course, they performed right along for him! Chased the horse, barked at the cattle, and scared the cat. After our first visit I felt completely trusted in the fact that Jerry could help me. I mean, one correction on my black Lab was all it took for him to know he couldn’t charge the fence and it hasn’t happened since! Now my other dogs are taking more time as they had a few more issues. One has come a long way! She was the soul problem of the chasing and attacking. She will now come up to the horse, sit, and stay while I praise them both. It took a while, but it paid off! Now they can have free time outside the pen without my worrying about the horse being attacked, or the cattle being over “herded”. Jerry is absolutely amazing and, as a vet tech, I can say that I’m thoroughly impressed with his “gift of the dog”. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Actually, I already have! Give him a try. He’s fabulous! Amber Shed |
